Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1.Timely development to Parts with desired quality level & ensure PPAP/PSW & Handover on time. 2.Technical signoff, Participation in  Feasibility, GD&T study with design team and supplier to make process simplified. TSO, DAP, APQP , PPAP , FTG approval from Suppliers2. Planning, timely monitoring and periodic review of all projects / supplier across location3 .Accuracy in budgeting4. Reduction in bottleneck issues w.r.t. time, cost, and gateways5. Performance analysis leading to identification of failure/ deviation mode and taking preventive and corrective actions6. Providing support through analysis, reviews, and coordination to projects teams to achieve set targets.7. Continuous improvement in quality & development time, benchmarking, Lesson learn deployment etc..8.Trails, Buyoff, Commissioning & installation of FTG to achieve desired quality output.Experience 6-10 yearsIndustry Preferred Qualifications BE /B.Tech/ M.E. / M.Tech – Mechanical/Production/ Automobile/ I.E. A PG in Operations Mgmt. General Requirements 1.    Provide support to various project teams for Business Case, Planning, Budgeting, and Project and Target costing. 2.    Performance analysis, tracking and progress monitoring of different projects.3.    Continuous support to project teams across locations to achieve time, cost, and performance targets.4.    Help team leader/ key members in project planning with the involvement of all stakeholders.5.    Help Project Heads to identify critical path activities and develop risk mitigation plans6.    Work towards bottlenecking issues and escalate unresolved issues at higher levels.7.    Develop a periodic review calendar for the team, Supplier and ensure the same.8.    Help the team leader for top management reviews.9.    Plan, budget and monitor resources.10.    Support team leaders in evaluating project management processes periodically, identify gaps and draw up improvement plans.11.    Develop database and systems to build MIS related to projects12.    Coordination with internal and external agencies to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate KEY13.    Well acquainted with Quality Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), APQP, PPAP, MOST Technique etc..14.    Design / Process Knowledge of HVAC, Engine, Battery Cooling System / Parts15.    Effective communication, Change Management, Operational Analytical Thinking & Team player16.    Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sourcesOur commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
