This position will be for Vadodara Plant for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation: Deputy Manager - Strategic Sourcing Experience: 4 to 6 years Key Responsibilities: Identify suitable Supplier for Stamping & Fabrication parts. Able to decide strategy for the supplier. Involve in the supplier Audit & Approval process. Development of parts with vendor, Initiate RFQ, Purchase Orders & follow-up. Involve in Part approval process along with Engineering & Quality. Zero based Costing, Rate fixation, Rate Negotiation, rate revision as per agreed frequency. Able to guide team for productivity , New product devlopment and commercial negotiations with vendors Identify cost saving opportunity & work on Identified project for Cost reduction. De-Risking & rationalize supplier base as per Sourcing Strategy. Competencies: Negotiation Skills – Zero / Fact Based Costing Team Player & Self -driven.
