* Analytics and Reporting: * Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics and reports for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. * Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes. * Planning Support: * Assist in the development and execution of planning processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in planning activities. * Master Data Management: * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data in the SAP system. * Regularly update and maintain master data, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. * Process Improvement: * Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SCM function. * Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. * Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions. * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels of the organization. * Training and Support: * Provide training and support to team members on Excel and SAP functionalities. * Develop training materials and documentation as needed.
