Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager – Technical for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, BIM integration, and execution support across large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate technical activities for high-rise building projects. - Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery. - Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering-related issues. - Oversee BIM coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. - Review and manage Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings. - Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and company procedures. - Assist in technical submissions, material approvals, and design coordination activities. - Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely execution. - Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies. - Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects. - Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. - Strong technical coordination and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
