We are on the lookout for a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to create outstanding guest experiences at The Bloomery. If you love motivating others, driving performance, and making a real impact, we’d love to chat.

• Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. The Bloomery is located in the centre of Broomhill, which is a short walk from Sheffield City Centre and well connected on many central bus routes. The venue benefits from local student accommodations, nearby conference centres, and the hospital being close by, which brings in a busy trade for lunch time. The pub has a great atmosphere for watching live sports, offering TNT and Sky Sports showing on multiple screens. With bottomless brunch, real craft and cask beer, and a cocktail menu, it’s the perfect place for our guests to have some fun and unwind with family and friends.

To be considered for the Deputy Manager position at The Bloomery you must be 18 or over as the roles involves the sale of alcohol.
