What you will do Ensure availability of network and platform 24x7. Obtain 95% of incident resolution, minimising MTTR. Support provide and build activity. Manage and assist change activity with zero incidents due to change. Provide infrastructure maintenance to support customer and platform requirements. On-board new networks and systems. Act as SME during major incidents. Manage multiple projects in an intense environment. Prepare detailed performance and benefit analysis. Improve team performance and simplify complex processes. Provide real-time operational support for complex multi-technology solutions. Adopt a customer-focused approach to meet desired customer experience. Who you are Full SC / BC Security Clearance where required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain calm when working to demanding timescales and deadlines. Confident communicator able to operate at all levels with customer representatives, suppliers, and Vodafone colleagues. Proactively identify self-development needs.
