Proven experience as a Solution Owner or Product Owner in the HR domain. Strong understanding of HR systems and processes across the employee lifecycle. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. Proficient in JIRA and SAFe Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on simplification and value delivery. Holds a background in Computer Science or IT Engineering. Certified in SAFe Agile or equivalent. Experienced with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar. Exposure to enterprise-level HR transformation projects.
