8. COLLABORATION WITH DEPUTY MANAGER (CLINICAL):

  • Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager (Clinical) to ensure that all clinical and operational aspects of the home are managed effectively and in accordance with the home’s vision and values.
  • Ensure the Deputy Manager (Clinical) is supported in their role, offering assistance where necessary in clinical decision-making, care planning, and clinical supervision of colleagues.
