Quản lý Sự kiện và Khuyến mãi | Event and Promotion Management: Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ Trưởng Phòng Tiếp thị & Quản lý Khách hàng (Marketing & CRM) trong việc lập kế hoạch, phối hợp và tổ chức tất cả các sự kiện và chương trình hỗ trợ khuyến mãi được tổ chức tại Crescent Mall. Responsible for supporting the Marketing & CRM Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all events and promotions held at Crescent Mall. Lên kế hoạch chi tiết cho các sự kiện từ khâu ý tưởng, thiết kế chương trình, đến triển khai thực tế; đảm bảo mọi khâu chuẩn bị đúng tiến độ và tiêu chuẩn. In charge of detailed planning for events, from concept creation, program design, to actual implementation; ensuring lead times are adequate for planning & production. Liên lạc với khách hàng, nhà bán lẻ, khách thuê để đặt lịch và giám sát các hoạt động; phối hợp với Phòng Vận hành và Kỹ thuật để đảm bảo vệ sinh, an ninh và kỹ thuật sân khấu. Communicate with clients, retailers, and tenants to book and oversee events; review plans with Operations & Engineering for cleaning, security, and technical supervision. 2. Quản lý Trang trí theo mùa | Seasonal Decoration Management: Chủ động phối hợp với nhà cung cấp xây dựng ý tưởng, giám sát sản xuất, thi công và nghiệm thu các hạng mục trang trí theo kế hoạch, đảm bảo ngân sách và tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu. Actively coordinate with vendors to develop concepts, supervise production, installation, and acceptance of seasonal décor items, ensuring budget and brand standards compliance. 3. Quản lý Ngân sách & Đối tác | Budget & Partner Management: Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và kiểm soát ngân sách Marketing hằng năm, đảm bảo phân bổ hiệu quả và tối ưu chi phí. Plan, manage, and control the annual Marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost optimization. Xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác chặt chẽ với khách thuê thông qua các chương trình sự kiện nhằm gia tăng lượng khách và doanh thu. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with tenants through event programs to increase traffic and sales. 4. Quản lý Đội ngũ | Team Management: Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội nhóm; đánh giá hiệu suất và định hướng phát triển nghề nghiệp cho từng nhân viên. Recruit, train, and develop the team; evaluate performance and provide career development guidance for team members. II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN | QUALIFICATIONS Trình độ | Qualification: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tổ chức sự kiện, Quan hệ Công chúng (PR) hoặc Marketing. University degree in Event Management, PR, or Marketing. Kinh nghiệm | Experience: Tối thiểu 04 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn và 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý. Minimum 4 years of professional experience and 2 years in management. Kỹ năng | Skills: Am hiểu quy trình thiết kế, thi công sự kiện; có khả năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý ngân sách và chịu được áp lực cao. Knowledge of event décor and installation; strong planning, budget management, and high-pressure work skills. Ngôn ngữ | Language: Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và làm việc với người ngước ngoài. THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC | WORKING HOURS 44 giờ/tuần | 44 hours per week: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu: 09:00 – 18:30. 2 sáng Thứ Bảy/tháng: 09:00 – 12:00.
