JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team in a vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall management of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education for children. EXPERIENCE

  • A background in early childhood education is essential, with experience in managing or supervising childcare settings being highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children’s growth and development within a supportive learning environment.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing concerns and providing updates on their children’s progress.
  • Drive initiatives that promote children’s development through engaging activities and educational programmes.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth among staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records related to children’s attendance, development milestones, and any incidents that may occur within the nursery.
  • Ensure that the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
