Deputy Nursery Manager

Qualification Required: Level 3 or above in Early Years

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day operations of the setting
Ensuring all children receive stimulating, age-appropriate experiences
Developing positive, open relationships with staff, parents, and carers
Supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality practice
Assisting in identifying training needs and supporting staff development
Helping to achieve occupancy targets
Handling concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, reporting as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £27,040.00 per year
