- Passionate about inspiring children to reach their full potential; your exceptional EYFS and statutory framework knowledge enables you to guide colleagues to deliver outstanding early years practice, promoting the best outcomes for learning.
- Naturally nurturing; you care about the well-being of others, you lead by example, your interactions are sensitive and respectful, and you use your experience of mentoring and leading within an early years environment to build and develop a happy, motivated team.
- An advocate for partnership working; you thrive as part of a team environment, demonstrate exemplary customer care skills, and you build meaningful relationships with those around you to maintain high occupancy and staff retention levels.
This is a supernumerary role. The Deputy Manager works closely with the Nursery Manager to effectively implement our corporate plan and uphold the nursery’s strong reputation within the local community. In the absence of the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Manager assumes full responsibility for the nursery.
