We are working with a growing Montessori-inspired nursery group to find an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager. You will support the Nursery Manager in delivering exceptional care and learning, ensuring the nursery runs smoothly and remains a safe, engaging, and inspiring place for children to grow. • Experience in a supervisory or deputy role within a nursery or early years setting.
• An approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Confident ICT skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
