JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for working with children. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood education and development. The Deputy Manager will support the overall management of the nursery, assist in staff supervision, and maintain high standards of care and education.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a management role within a childcare setting or nursery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education environment.
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel as required for nursery activities or outreach programmes.
