We are seeking a passionate and dedicated a Deputy Manager who is motivated to do a Level 5 Apprenticeship to join a nursery team we are recruiting on behalf of!
Candidates must already hold an Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification and be able to commit to your apprenticeship for a maximum of 24 months is essential - this can be completed sooner depending on your learning progression.
This nursery is open all year around, however, the manager has said they would change this to term time only for the right candidate, this position can be full-time or part-time.

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive environment for all children.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the role.
