JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Deputy manager / Pre-school Room Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent management and leadership skills to oversee the nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The Nursery Deputy /Room Leader will also be responsible for guiding staff, communicating effectively with parents, and implementing educational activities that promote children’s development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in childcare or nursery settings, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • A background in nursery experience is highly desirable.
  • A passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development.
  • A valid driving licence may be beneficial for potential off-site activities or outings.
