SUMMARY

As the Deputy Manager at Three Bears Day Nursery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team and overseeing the daily operations of our nursery. This position is essential in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development while building strong partnerships with parents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a positive working environment.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
