THE ROLE

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll support the Nursery Manager in leading the team and ensuring children receive the very best start in life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum with exciting, child-centred learning
• Lead, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding practice every day
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and prospective families
• Support staff development and performance through coaching and feedback
• Help manage nursery operations, occupancy, and compliance with Ofsted standards
• Handle challenges with a calm, positive, and solution-focused approach
