• Support day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily properties
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction
• Monitor property performance metrics and help drive improvements
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery
• Help manage vendor relationships and oversee contract compliance
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Step in for the Operations Manager when needed to ensure continuity
