The tasks:

• Overall commercial responsibility for the businesses dodici and Taverna Elia, as well as potentially other locations in the future.
• Joint management of the businesses in a dual leadership structure with the operational management.
• Disciplinary leadership and responsibility for employees
• Responsibility for personnel planning, recruiting and personnel development
• Control and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators and ensuring proper accounting processes
• Responsibility for the creation, calculation and management of catering offers
• Ensuring high quality and service standards in close coordination with operational management.
• Responsibility for procurement and supplier management
• Ensuring operational capability through suitable areas, equipment and systems
• Coordination of suitable marketing measures
