• Proven background in retail or QSR, with a deep understanding of sales and budgets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with the team and customers
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ambitious and driven, with a desire to take on a fast-track role to General Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a Quick Service, QSR, Retail, or branded restaurant environment
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment
