Description

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Christ Church Grammar School, located in Claremont on the banks of the Swan River in Perth, Western Australia, has been educating boys since 1910 and is renowned for its academic excellence, exceptional pastoral care and vibrant co-curricular offering. The School offers a welcoming, non-selective entry for students from Pre Kindy to Year 12 and consistently ranks among Australia’s top schools.
Our culture is one of aspiration, innovation and integrity and we are now seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our Executive Team in the dual role of Deputy Principal / Head of the Senior School. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and inspirational leader to take on a dual executive role with substantial scope and impact. As Deputy Principal and Head of the Senior School, you will guide the daily life and learning of boys in Years 7 to 12 and contribute significantly to shaping the strategic direction of the whole School.
Reporting directly to the Principal, this role demands a visible, values-driven presence across campus—someone who leads with purpose, inspires excellence, and builds strong relationships with students, staff, and families alike.
You shall be a proven senior leader with the energy, insight and emotional intelligence to thrive in a high-performing environment and fulfil all aspects of the role as outline in the Duty Statement.
For further information regarding this position or for a confidential discussion, please contact the Director Human Resources and Strategic Projects, Mrs Lana King on 9442 1754 or lking@ccgs.wa.edu.au.
