Reporting to the Principal, the Deputy Principal (Students) will attend Board Meetings, lead an accomplished team and provide strategic oversight of the School’s Student Wellbeing Framework. This substantial portfolio encompasses pastoral care, counselling, the health centre, student leadership, service and community programs. The Deputy Principal (Students) will provide expert leadership on complex student matters and contribute to a positive, inclusive and respectful School culture.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished educational leader, or high potential aspiring Principal, with good judgment and emotional intelligence, able to operate effectively within a complex, high-performing environment. They will bring a contemporary understanding of adolescent development, and girls’ education.

This is a highly influential whole-school leadership position for an authentic and trusted leader who can engage confidently with students, staff, parents and the broader School community, while contributing to the strategic direction and continued evolution of one of Australia’s most respected girls’ schools.
