Ryan Catholic College, Kirwan is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Principal - Pedagogy and Learning- 7-12 to join the College Leadership Team. This role is a Full Time, 5 Year Fixed Term contract commencing Term 1, 2026.
The purpose of the Deputy Principal – Pedagogy and Learning shares with the Principal the responsibility for learning and teaching and the development of both high expectations of students and staff and a high performance culture in the school measured through student engagement and student outcomes.
The Deputy Principal - Pedagogy and Learning 7-12 will assume a senior leadership role, working with staff to drive the development, implementation and evaluation of teaching and student learning and growth across the school.
