OVERVIEW:

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the execution and oversight of all contract requirements. This position ensures operational continuity and supervises critical functions, acting as the PM’s designee when needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a federal security or law enforcement setting.
  • Familiarity with DOJ or similar agency operational protocols.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Must meet DOJ’s background check and suitability requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support the PM in all management, planning, and oversight duties.
  • Supervise area and shift supervisors, ensuring post coverage and compliance.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, roll call briefings, and training delivery.
  • Maintain personnel readiness, certifications, and performance standards.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, reporting to the COR and PM.
  • Maintain records, reports, and post orders in coordination with HQ staff.
