Responsibilities
  • Assists the PM in providing day-to-day leadership across all task areas, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, performance objectives, and quality standards.
  • Leads the initial coordination of resources to respond to Project Requests (PRs) and oversees the development of PMP Addendums, supporting strategic decision-making through business process analysis and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
  • Oversees Regional Liaison Officers and Project Managers.
  • Oversees coordination across the Regional Liaison Officers and Task Leads to maintain alignment with operational priorities, project timelines, and Government directives.
  • Acts as an alternate to the PM for engagements with Government stakeholders, prime and subcontractor leadership, and internal executive leadership.
  • Assists in process enhancement to improve efficiency, workforce development, and customer satisfaction.
