ISN is seeking a qualified Deputy Program Manager to help oversee a program that provides support services for a full range of strategic and tactical day to-day security and investigative support services that are required to support on-going and future government operations and management initiatives.
The Deputy Program Manager leads multiple or large tasks/projects in delivering a solution to the customer in accordance with the contract requirements; manages the project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables; implements strategies for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management; manages project resources, including subcontractors; establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Formulates and enforces work standards; assigns schedules; reviews work discrepancies; supervises personnel; assists in all project management task performances; prepares, reviews, and submits required reports; communicates organizational policies, purpose, and goals subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of eight (8) plus years federal, state, local or military law enforcement experience OR ten (10) or more years of experience managing tasks and supervising people, including experience in human resources and personnel security.
  • Bachelor’s degree or associate w/4 years of relevant experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience directly related to managing or performing responsibilities similar to those described in the Order’s PWS.
  • Experience with EO 12960 and 12968, SEAD 4 and SEAD 7.
  • Experience as a functional practitioner of Continuous Vetting and Trusted Workforce 2.0 or programs similar in scope and scale.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior security program management experience.
  • Prior experience managing all aspects of a full-scope BI program.
