Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst/Deputy Program Manager to join a Federal Program located in Arlington, VA.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROGRAM ANALYST/DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 15+ years of experience or Master’s with 13+ years
  • At least 15 years of experience within the Air Force and/or Department of Defense.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience handling Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems.
  • Background in DoD operations, test and evaluation, or acquisition.
  • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO).
  • Must have an active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver briefings and updates to senior leaders and decision-makers within the Air Force, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HQ Air Combat Command on all matters concerning advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPAs).
  • Offer daily operational support to HQ Air Force and Joint Staff regarding the deployment, employment, and oversight of specialized capabilities.
  • Develop and present briefings and documentation to senior USAF leadership, outlining the status and required actions for organizing, training, and equipping special capabilities in response to Combatant Command (COCOM) requests.
  • Maintain access to essential Automated Information Systems (AIS) to perform duties and facilitate communication across Services, Joint Staff, COCOMs, Coalition partners, and Intelligence Community entities at all classification levels, including Unclassified through Top Secret, SCI, ACCMs, and other handling caveats.
  • Advocate for USAF-wide interests in education, training, exercises, planning, and operational execution.
  • Ensure personal compliance with training and eligibility standards necessary to fulfill the responsibilities listed above.
