Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle performance of a large-scale Government contract across multiple locations. Address operational challenges and resolve issues that affect performance or customer satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct analyses of training needs, develop solutions, and ensure their successful implementation. Coordinate project activities with contractor personnel and Government representatives. Prepare and deliver business briefings, presentations, and written reports for senior Government officials. Provide proactive recommendations to improve program quality, cost efficiency, and workflow. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Extensive analytical ability, including the development of complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and reports. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for coordination, fact‑finding, and collaborative problem‑solving.
