Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional full-time Deputy Programme Manager to assist with the day to day operational management of the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) community screening and surveillance programme for Sussex.
The post holder will will work alongside hospital consultants, GPs and other NHS departments to deliver a seamless end-to-end screening service for patients.
The position will be based primarily at Durrington Health Centre, Durrington. However, the post holder will be required to travel to other Trust sites, therefore the post holder will need a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Directing the day to day running of the AAA screening programme and management of the administration team.
Assisting the programme manager in the management of the Sussex wide screening programme.
Data processing and reporting using a national IT system
Liaising with participants, hospital consultants, General Practitioners and other NHS departments.
Collating and analysing data for quality assessment, audits, service improvement and for national reports.
