Job Description Lead, supervise, and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams during EPC project execution. Develop and monitor the Engineering Execution Plan (EEP), engineering schedule, deliverables list, and design workflow. Ensure all engineering deliverables (P&IDs, Data Sheets, Layouts, Calculations, MDR, MTOs) are submitted as per project requirements. Act as the primary engineering interface with Client, PMC, Vendors, Subcontractors and internal departments. Conduct and close actions for HAZOP, SIL, 3D Model Reviews, Constructability Reviews, and Technical Workshops. Resolve engineering technical queries, deviations, and design issues. Provide engineering support during procurement including MR reviews, TBE preparation, vendor document review, FAT/SAT coordination. Coordinate engineering inputs for construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with ADNOC/Aramco/KNPC International standards (API/ASME/IEC/ISO). Monitor and control engineering progress, risks, and deliverables. Prepare weekly/monthly engineering progress reports for client and management. Ensure engineering design integrity, quality, and adherence to HSE requirements. Managing fast-track modifications for brownfield shutdowns. Handling interface engineering with multiple stakeholders for mega EPC projects. Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in (Mechanical ) Additional Information Min 15 years of proven experience in the oil & gas or power industry, in similar position Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Effective communication and technical reporting
