Right now the company is experiencing exciting growth across the country and we are looking for a smart and energised Maintenance Manager to join our team.
Our Maintenance Team is world class and working on projects that truly contribute to the defence of our nation. We look for specialists with a talent for big picture thinking and attention to detail – a Maintenance Manager with the in-depth knowledge and knowhow to apply technical theories and concepts and deliver real-world solutions.
In return, we offer outstanding opportunities to grow, with Raytheon Australia’s exclusive professional development programs, and a raft of employee benefits tailored to suit every stage of your career and lifestyle. As the Raytheon Australia Maintenance Manager you will be working within the Raytheon Australia’s Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) facility, assisting the Senior Maintenance Manager (Responsible Manager) with overall technical governance and Defence Aviation Safety Regulations compliance for the contracted Off Aircraft maintenance for equipment as fitted to the RAAF’s F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft.
The work on these components is in support of Raytheon Australia’s Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (AEASP) and is crucial for the operational capability of the RAAF’s frontline combat aircraft.
