At EVE in Kensington, our unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond, we’re serving up NYC-style pizza pies alongside fantastic starters, sides, and desserts — all in a lively, design-led setting. We’re now looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Deputy Restaurant General Manager to help lead our team, run seamless shifts, and support the General Manager in delivering outstanding service and results.

• Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during service
• Driving exceptional guest service and ensuring brand standards are met
• Overseeing shift planning, labour management, and daily reports
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Monitoring stock, ordering, and operational supplies
• Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM’s absence
