These are the tasks you can expect from us:

• Deputy responsibility for a well-established 8-person team
• Employee management and motivation, as well as training and instruction of employees and trainees.
• Representing the restaurant manager in his absence
• Professional and dedicated guest service
• Participation in the design and optimization of workflows
• Implementation and monitoring of quality and service standards
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling and vacation planning, as well as ensuring profitability in the absence of the restaurant manager.
• Conducting annual employee evaluations and job interviews together with the restaurant manager
• Reservation management
• Care and advice for our guests
• Creating special moments

You should bring the following:

• Do you have professional experience in the catering industry in the same position, or would you like to take the next step?
• Passion for the profession and enjoyment of working in a restaurant
• Solid expertise in the field of wine and spirits as well as cheese
• Motivating leadership style and commitment
• Service- and team-oriented approach and demeanor, as well as an understanding of business figures.
• Experience with Forbes 5-star standards is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on mentality
• An eye for detail and a high level of quality awareness
• Creativity and organizational talent
• Good German and English skills
• Friendly interaction with demanding guests and a warm demeanor

• A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas bonus from the first year of employment (entry between January 1st and June 30th).
