You’ll be right in the heart of it, supporting the GM and leading a big, energetic team (we’re talking 30+ people!) in a 400+ cover site. If you’re hands-on, love being out front with guests, and know how to drive performance and keep the team pumped, this could be the one for you.
We’re after someone with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role – ideally from a branded restaurant, hotel F&B team, or coffee shop chain. You’ll need to be confident with the numbers too – budgets, stock, rota costs, all that good stuff.Up to £32k + up to £5k bonus
