These are your tasks

Supporting the restaurant management with the following tasks:

• Planning and coordination of all service processes in the restaurant
• Host and contact person for our guests
• Ensuring the smooth daily operation and running of the restaurants and events
• Monitoring and compliance with standards regarding food and service quality
• Professional management and organization of the service team 
• Management of personnel deployment planning including duty and vacation planning
• Leading, motivating and developing employees and trainees
• Operational work in the restaurant
• Ordering, acceptance and storage of goods

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training or studies in the hotel or catering industry
• Several years of professional experience
• Prior experience with personnel responsibility is desirable.
• Reliability, social skills and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented work style
• A well-groomed appearance and good manners.
• Consistent service and customer focus
• Guest-oriented demeanor and natural friendliness
