Your tasks

• Representing the restaurant manager in his absence and ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensuring excellent guest service through friendly support and professional handling of guest requests and complaints.
• Organization of daily service procedures , e.g. breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as events.
• Support with ordering goods and inventory control to ensure a sufficient stock of beverages and consumables.
• Training and onboarding of new employees , as well as promoting service quality within the team.
• Collaboration with the kitchen, reception and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth process for the guests.
• Checking cash register statements and daily closing reports, as well as providing support with administrative tasks.
• Assisting in operational service , especially during peak times or events, to actively support the team.

Your profile

• Culinary training and experience in a comparable position
• High performance and commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Communication skills: articulate, open, friendly
• Excellent German skills; any additional language is an advantage.
