Happy Journeys is currently recruiting for a Deputy Room Leader to join our vibrant, spacious nursery, which first opened its doors in August 2019.

We’re looking for a Deputy Room Leader who:

• Is genuinely passionate about early years education
• Has solid experience working in an early years setting
• Is confident in supporting the Room Leader and stepping up when needed
• Delivers high-quality care and engaging learning opportunities
• Acts as a positive role model for young children
• Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Maintains high standards in both practice and professionalism
• Works well as part of a supportive team
• Can get involved, sing songs, explore messy play, and bring learning to life
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a can-do attitude every day
