Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support sustainable growth. Lead tender preparation and support commercial negotiations, ensuring proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client requirements. Drive project mobilisation and transition to operations, working closely with regional teams to ensure smooth handover and execution. Monitor regional service delivery and operational performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, contractual obligations, and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders, acting as the company’s representative to strengthen trust and business reputation. Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Technical) to support business initiatives and resolve regional challenges effectively. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, mitigating potential issues in both business development and operations. Consolidate and report market insights, pipeline progress, and regional performance data to management for informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record in business development and operations management, ideally in infrastructure or facilities services. Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across HQ and regional offices with a collaborative mindset.
