Description
1. Strategize and lead the design and execution of multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring robust governance, prioritization, resource optimization, and risk management.  2. Champion digital and data maturity in close partnership with the Technology team, leveraging automation, AI, and smart technologies to accelerate transformation at scale.  3. Lead large-scale business process re-engineering, simplification, and digitalization programs that deliver measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational safety, customer experience, and service quality.  4. Conduct and review diagnostic assessments and outside-in analyses to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and business challenges, and translate findings into actionable transformation opportunities.  5. Support business leaders in shaping detailed project charters, defining objectives, key activities, milestones, KPIs, cost implications, interdependencies, and success factors.  6. Prioritize enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, highlighting interdependencies and critical success factors to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.  7. Design and drive enterprise-wide change management strategies that enable seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.  8. Lead communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate the transformation agenda, reinforce corporate values, and build trust, clarity, and enthusiasm across all levels of the organization.  9. Facilitate high-impact workshops, campaigns, and roadshows to inspire employees, strengthen buy in, and ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.  10. Capture and showcase transformation success stories that demonstrate business impact, reinforce desired behaviors, and strengthen cultural alignment.  11. Coach and guide change leaders and process owners in applying best-practice frameworks and change management tools to effectively cascade transformation narratives.  12. Provide strategic insights on stakeholder behavior, employee feedback, and organizational readiness to shape enterprise-wide change strategies.  13. Establish structured feedback mechanisms that ensure employee perspectives directly inform the design and evolution of transformation programs.  14. Undertake special assignments or strategic tasks assigned by the MD/CSSO/Head S&T providing insights, business analysis, and transformation advice as required.
