We are recruiting Deputy Store Managers for areas: Anderstown, Stewardstown, Crumlin Road and Ballysilan! What you'll do Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store Target-driven approach to KPIs Manage, motivate, and develop the store team Maintain excellent shop floor presentation Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained Consistently deliver excellent customer service What you'll need To have completed your A Levels or equivalent Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The flexibility to work varying shift patterns Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude What you'll receive We offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl £33,000 rising to £40,000 after 3 years 29 days holidays per annum rising to 34 days after 2 years (pro rata, including Bank Holidays) Company pension Private employee medical insurance Brilliant opportunities to take on more responsibility and progression to Store Manager level (and beyond!) Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in daily operations while managing, motivating, and developing the store team. Ensure excellent customer service, maintain stock levels, and drive the achievement of KPIs.
