Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a highly qualified Team Leader for one of our major infrastructure projects: the construction of India's longest extra-dosed cable-stay bridge, spanning 19.20 kilometers over the Brahmaputra River, connecting the states of Assam and Meghalaya. Experience: Professional Experience: Aggregate minimum 20 years of professional experience in minimum 3 countries (which may include their home country) with minimum two years in foreign country (other than home country). Experience of construction supervision of Highway/ Expressway Bridge projects in similar capacity: (a) 5 years or more; (b) Minimum 2 Bridge Projects either Cable stayed or Cable suspension or Extradosed or pre-stressed bridge of 2/4/6 lane for highway/expressway/rail cum road bridge on Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply And Construction basis with minimum bridge length of 500 mtrs having span not less than 125 mtrs each, (c) Minimum 2 Bridge Projects with minimum one year in each project; and (d) at least one project funded by Multilateral/Bilateral Funding Agency(ies) with minimum 1year period. Project funded by Multilateral/ Bilateral Funding Agency(ies) where value of ICB Contract is more than Rs. 1,750 Cr. Minimum 2 (two) year in each project. Age: Not more than 60 years Qualifications Graduate and Post Graduate in Civil Engineering. Additional Desirable Qualification 2nd Post Graduate or doctorate in Construction Management / Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering/ Soil Mechanics/Foundation Engineering. Additional Information On behalf of Consultant: Team Leader/ Resident Engineer/Safety Expert (Construction Supervision/ IE/ AE). On behalf of Contractor: Project Director/ Project Manager/Safety Expert (Construction/ Construction Supervision). In Government Organizations: Superintending Engineer (or equivalent) and above.
