RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the project team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing coaching and guidance. Assist the Project Lead in preparing project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets. Assist the Project Lead in oversight of project controls, schedules, cost, and KPIs. Demonstrate leadership behaviors to the project team and project stakeholders Manage the interface between stakeholders, contractors, and the project team. Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure all project governance processes and controls are adhered to. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed within the defined scope, time and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as design, development, testing, and deployment) to ensure the timely completion of project tasks Monitor project progress and report status updates to the Project Lead. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate to the Project Lead as required. Prepare project reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including senior management. Overseeing document control process. Abide by applicable workplace health and safety policies and procedures Assist the Project Lead in representing Ricardo in The Philippines Any other duty assigned to you having regard to your skills, training and REQUIREMENTS: Professionally qualified engineer with Master’s degree in railway / civil / electrical / mechanical engineering. Minimum 15 years of professional experience (project management professional would be valued). Minimum 10 years in project management and supervision of international large-scale (>USD 500 million) infrastructure projects in an urban context. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leading position on project management and supervision of greenfield urban metro/LRT railway projects. Experience in ADB or similar international organizations financed projects would be valued. Technical writing skills are highly valued.
