· Supervise and support A/P, A/R, taxation, and utility billing staff
· Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and government claims
· Oversee capital asset ledger maintenance and assist with audits
· Manage cash flows and support investment activities
· Contribute to annual operating and capital budgeting
