Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Responsible for Smooth Implementation of Connect Programs for Banca, Retail partners, CO-Brands (Clearance of bills, Effective Planning of programs) , EDAC, CRM process and Effective Sales Support. Role Accountability  Execute connect programs across SBI ( Modules/Networks/Circles), Partner Banks and Retail Co-brand partners like BPCL, Reliance, PAYTM,   through the year, take feedback for such programs and implement corrective actions 1. Design, plan and execute various programs under “SBI Connect" with the objective to drive visibility within SBI & all other partners - Banking & Co-brands  2. Design and drive effective R&R program with SBI & all other Partners 3. Regular updates and closure through payouts.  4. Ensure timely resolution of Critical requirement from Sales leads and partners 5. Track outcomes against planned cost benefits 6. Conceptualize & Drive Connect Program Management with retail sales channel partners  7. Assist  Sales Program Managers / Key Account managers manage wing to wing partner relation in planning and implementation of KRAs pertaining to Project Sankarma, Pratham & similar projects which shall ensure timely data flow for Pre-Approved programs etc.  8. Regular Interaction with Senior Management of SBI and other Partner Banks and Co-brand partners 9. Undertake initiatives to reduce the cost of value proposition by increasing efficiency 10. Billing and cost management  Functional EDAC convenor: Work closely with Regional Heads, investigators & Vertical Leads to  1. Drive Strategic effectiveness of Sales process compliance and ensure adherence 2. Ensure timely investigations and track  3. Convening of monthly meetings to present and discuss the case 4. Timely documentation and closure of execution of decisions 5. Process improvements identification & implementation tracking and report out   CRM - 17 Circle Relationship Managers (Retired Asst. General Manager SBI) - Life cycle Process Management  1. Evaluating and analyzing the requirement of CRMs for  17 SBI Circles and Partner Banks in consultation with Circle Heads Banca  2. Shortlisting CRMs basis first level interviews for Job fitment, adherence to board approved policy and then make case for Top Management for interviews  3. Liaison with business for hiring through SBI  4. Ensure completion of Hiring and onboarding process  5. In job support to these CRMs Managing PAN India Sales relating Marketing/ Brand Campaigns: In Branch Publicity 1. Ensure availability of in-branch publicity material for SBI card, ensuring adherence to marketing and branding guidelines 2. Track and report costs for in branch publicity material throughout the year 3. Ensure SBI Card presence at all levels like SBI sponsored events, exhibitions, campaigns  4. Work with marketing & FCU for fraud awareness camps and various digital and physical campaigns Retail Kiosk  1. SBI Card publicity ensuring availability of sales kiosk as per field team requirement 2. Liaison with marketing brand team for design, creatives as per business SOP and ensure compliance 3. Vendor management for above and maintaining cost sheet and reporting  4. MOU planning for sales promotional budget and allocation of funds  Marketing campaigns through Media for Sankarma Customers  1. Work with marketing team to drive Radio/Print ad campaigns, leaflet ensuring appropriate customizations (Usage of regional language for ads, other local cultural aspects, etc.) are built in 2. Work closely with Field sales team and marketing team to launch offers / local tie ups / which are customized for Sankarma customer along with Kiosk set up at major events Internal Stakeholder Management 1. Build a strong professional relationship and operating rhythm with stakeholders by providing them support in their requirement and communicate channel needs clearly and in a transparent manner 2. Support stakeholders to help channel in an effective manner Drive Connect 2.0 with objective to drive effective customer compliant resolution process for SBI Staff 1. Coordinate with bank and internal stakeholders for implementation and continuous upgradation of digital tools via which SBI staff can raise customer issues effectively and close resolution loops 2. Work closely with CS Senior management team to ensure adherence to timelines on projects aligned to us by Bank 3. Drive penetration of the tools in our Banca sales front end teams and ensure timely trainings for them through process training team  Support to Circle Sales Team 1. Support field sales team on R&R, various communication tool, any query pertaining to HO -other department 2. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success 1. Applications, soft approvals & new accounts volumes 2. Cost of Acquisition 3. Cost efficiency of Digital media and Technology tools 4. Overall throughput rates (QDEs to Accounts) 5. New partnerships onboard, spread of business 6. No. of new digital tech projects undertaken & implemented 7. Proportion of Organic inflow to overall inflow 8. Correct account attribution & monthly provisioning of costs Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. Connect Program deployment as per Calendar 2. Quality of campaign support provided to marketing 3. Timely and accurate vendor billing 4. Timely and satisfactory resolution of Sales/bank Queries 5. Visibility of SBI card promotional material at bank branches 6. Process Adherence as per MOU Competencies critical to the role 1. Knowledge of branding and marketing guidelines 2.
