37.5 hrs per week, worked from Monday – Friday 8.30am – 17.00pm
We have a new vacancy in our Warehouse team for a Deputy Warehouse Manager. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operatives across 4 shifts, including development and coaching on both individual and team performances to maintain and improve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.

• Maintain and promote safe working practices and environment.
• Reporting to H&S department
• Investigation reports
• Housekeeping audits
• Understand warehouse compliance regulations
• Accurate reporting and communication
• Safe, accurate and effective storage of goods
• Maximise team performance and fleet utilisation
• Optimisation of goods in/out process
• Identify and schedule training requirements
• Ensure communication flow throughout the team
• Day to day management of the team including appraisals / disciplinary
• Identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities
• Day to day problem solving
