The 7.5-ton truck is parked in front of the venue, the event equipment has arrived on time, and the project team is already waiting. Ensuring that everything, from the smallest piece of cutlery to the largest piece of furniture, is complete, undamaged, and in the right place at the right time requires a strong warehouse team – and people who can keep track of everything.

As deputy warehouse manager (m/f/d) you will support our warehouse manager in the organization and control of the warehouse area and take responsibility for the smooth handling of our daily warehouse processes.

Your tasks

You support the warehouse management in the organization, control and further development of the warehouse area and represent them in their absence.

Together with the warehouse management and the team spokespersons, you coordinate the daily work processes and ensure a smooth flow of information.

You will support personnel and deployment planning as well as vacation planning, taking into account our economic and quality goals.

Together with the team, you ensure that picked goods are fully and carefully checked, loaded and prepared for transport.

During the return delivery, you ensure that goods are checked, counted, and prepared for further processing and return.

You are an important link between the warehouse, dispatch, drivers and other operational teams.

You will support us in complying with our quality standards and legal requirements, especially in the area of ​​occupational safety.
