Responsibilities Position Purpose: The Operations Top Day Trade team is responsible for operational processes mainly focused on trade clearing and funding, handling the Listed Derivatives product suite. Primary duties will include (not limited to): Clearing Process trade clearing efficiently and accurately for all relevant markets Ensure any give ups/take ups/EFP/NLT bookings are processed in a timely manner Exception handling and reporting on the post-trade clearing process Process any post-trade requests from clients / front office (Position transfers, closeouts, trade re-allocation, system settlement of trades) Investigate and resolve any clearing breaks raised and ensure root-cause level resolution Treasury Process all exchange deposits/withdrawals request in a timely manner Liaise with exchanges and banks on collateral related matters Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulatory requirements, including the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud Qualifications To land this role you will need: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Derivatives Operations A good understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives markets, systems and process workflows Strong knowledge of the key risk areas of the functions and its relevant controls High standards of accuracy, diligence, and the ability to meet deadlines A process excellence mindset coupled with initiative Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder communication What makes you stand out: A good Bachelor’s degree or exceptionally strong results in an AQF Level 6 qualification Familiarity with wholesale financial markets, products and clearing house mechanisms Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Working environment: Hybrid (1-day WFH, 4 days in office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
