Join our Middle & Back Office Oversight team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting global trading activity and ensuring high‑quality operational service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, develop your subject‑matter expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement across our derivative operations. What you’ll be doing: Managing daily collateral and derivative operations activities in line with market and regulatory deadlines Collaborating with internal teams, outsourced providers and third‑party partners to ensure accurate, timely service delivery Supporting the oversight of outsourced retained services and operational processes Monitoring KPIs and KRIs and escalating risks, issues or inconsistencies where needed Investigating and resolving queries, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders Identifying and contributing to improvements in processes, controls, and service delivery Applying consistent ways of working and maintaining accurate procedures and documentation Participating in service meetings, fostering strong relationships with service providers and internal partners Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience in asset management operations, ideally within collateral management or derivative trade processing Knowledge of bilateral and cleared collateral processes, with familiarity of UMR beneficial Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing or collating performance or control data Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines, KPIs and service standards Clear communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at various levels Strong organisational, problem‑solving and prioritisation abilities A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required Adaptability, resilience and a positive attitude in a fast‑moving environment Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
