About the job: Derivatives Trader We are seeking for an experienced Derivatives Trader to join our Global Markets team. The role involves trading for own account, pricing products to cover Sales needs across FX, Interest Rate, and Commodity derivatives. If you have a passion for markets, advanced quantitative skills, and the ability to manage complex risk dynamics, we’d love to hear from you. Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Manage derivative products and support structuring, pricing, and lifecycle processes. Monitor & manage XVA components and ensure pricing consistency and governance. Collaborate with Sales desks on bespoke solutions & maintain compliance with market standards. Collaboration with Finance, Risk & Middle Office for credit, capital, market and liquidity issues. Contribute to pricing consistency and governance, including model usage, valuation adjustments, transfer pricing methodologies and adherence to internal policies. Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting derivatives, valuation, capital and accounting frameworks, and support the assessment of their impact on products and pricing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or related field Master’s degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or related field will be considered an asset Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFA/FRM) will be considered an asset Up to 5 years of experience in derivatives trading, CVA/XVA trading or related roles Strong quantitative and analytical skills, programming (Python, C++, VBA) a plus Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. Bloomberg Terminal) is highly desirable Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions Strong attention to detail and resilience in volatile markets Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
